Exercise programmes

Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and contributor to your overall wellbeing.

All our Physios can prescribe specific and tailored exercise programs for your needs, be it for management of a chronic condition (eg cardiovascular disease, diabetes), post-orthopaedic rehabilitation (eg ACL reconstruction), specific acute or chronic injuries (eg ankle sprains), core conditioning or sports conditioning.

For higher level and specific sport conditioning programmes, book in with our Physiotherapist specialising in Sports rehab , Hai Ngo, who can provide you with his expert advice in how best to return to sport and how to improve function to achieve your best performance and minimise risk of re-injury.

For all things aerial and dance related book in with Lillian Lau who, as a fellow aerialist, has a love for all things aerial,circus and dance related. 

SATURDAY SESSIONS!

We are currently running Small Group Reformer and Equipment classes on Saturdays. So if you would like to challenge yourself , please call us to book in for a Saturday session. 

Private/Semi-private sessions can also be organised upon request for any time/day as long as we have availability.
