January 2020 One off classes are now available!

Classes: Available Mondays 6.30pm 6th,13th,20th Jan + Wednesday 22nd Jan + Saturday 8.30/9.30am 11th & 18th Jan
  1. Mobility with Foam Rollers: Self massage and mobilisation using rollers 
  2. Balance + Barre Class: Specific balance and strength work focussing on lower limb rehab and co-ordination. We will be incorporating toning exercises for all bodies!
  3. Classical Pilates: Abs + Back Strength
  4. Fascial Stretch + Mobility Class: It all about active stretching and Pilates Flow exercises

  • due to recent PHI regulation changes, rebates for Pilates classes are no longer available as of April 1 2019 - only Equipment, private and semi-private exercise classes are available for health fund rebates (please check with your health fund if unsure) 

2019 Term 4 timetable:

  • Exercise Equipment Sessions do not follow the normal terms and run every Friday and Saturday 
  • Friday Equipment Sessions are suitable for post-natal women ( bubs are welcome to this class ) 
  • One on one classes and semi-private classes (Pilates, Stretch and Equipment based) can be organised upon request 
  • Ante/Post natal privates and semi-private classes can also be organised upon request
