Yvonne is currently only available at reception on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 2pm. A Virtual Reception service is used at other times and they are able to assist with any bookings.

*Please note our 24 hour cancellation policy*

No-shows, late-comers and late cancellations impact greatly on our ability to provide a high quality service, by taking away an available spot for others, or by interrupting the smooth running of the practice.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $50. Consideration will be given for unavoidable circumstances. This fee is not covered by compensable bodies and must be paid by the patient. This fee also applies for no-shows.
